sir,
one of our costomers machine c252 is getting ready.all trays r full of papers but green light not coming.After tray selection also ,start button is not trasfering to green colour .only blinking in orange colour.

Was the M1 motor changed before that? Check the ICPs fuses on PWB-SIF. Have you tried to reload the FW? Check also PJ7 on DCPS.

You should also be looking in service mode level histories to determine if IUs are low toner to carrier ratio, and fuser temp indications. Something is not happening during the warm up process that the MFP is waiting for but is not generating a failure code. Emujo
