I have a bizhub C252 that the screen on the control panel is very dim. It lightens and darkens but still barely visible. I know these touch screens go out often but is this an indication that is about to happen or could something else be the problem? Thanks for any help.

Normally the screen has its normal brightness when they go bad but the touch doesnt work, a dim panel is a different problem. If you have another machine available swap the panels, if it has the same problem its either the M board or the C board as I recall. Also try going over the connectors on the boards and make sure everything is seated. -

I think it's a PWB-M problem. Try to reflash the machine and see what happens.Comment

just had the same problem and it was the main control board, the board on the left side of the copierComment
