Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro 920

Have a konica minolta bizhub pro 920 that gets an intermittent Z fold at the registration roller or no registration roller drive at all. M2 registration roller or relay roller. Need to know if anyone has ran into this before? Is this a usual problem with this machine?

What is the jam code? how many copies on it? Z folds are usually caused by faulty clutches, but there are other factors. A little more info will help you get to the bottom of the problem faster.

The machine has about 900K and the problem is intermittent. Sometimes it will Z fold but go through to finisher without jamming,it might Z fold up like an accordion and stop or it may run 20 or 30 without any problems.

Jamming at registration or at finisher????? Go look at jam codes and get back to us.
