Check the hopper toner sensor . Maybe dirty .

First of all check toner bottle installed correctly, if it's ok you need to take out all hopper section and check white pin (4021 5315 01) located on motor it can be broken, if it is ok change motor (9312 1100 13). if motor doesn't help try to change all hooper section.

check condidition of nipple ontoner bottle if damaged replce bottle .also customer may have twisted moter while inserting bottle remove front cover and check spring for toner rotationlock if out of position refit otherwise toner moter has been damaged internally replace
