C5500...Why code 2813 w hen doing the auto drum potential in service mode?

When I try the drum peculiarity adjustment in service mode on our C5500, it throws
a code of 2813. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is there a reason you are running the auto drum potential adjustment? The service manual says that this adjustment is not necessary in the field because it is included in the auto gamma adjustment. Does it pass the auto gamma adjustment 0 ?
