C35 Jammimg

Why oh why is it always the small machines that give you grief...........Got a C35 that keeps failing to feed paper out of the try, ie roller turns but the paper stays in the bastard tray!!

I have changed the feed & Sep, it works for a couple of weeks then starts pissing about again,I checked infohub and carryed out the mods, I have changed the paper etc etc, customer is jumping down my throat.

Any ideas..

Bad day today............im off to Tesco to get a shelf stacking job....

have you replaced needle bearing clutch thingy next to paper feed tyre ?? it's worked for me !! terrible machines...............

Is the paper getting out of the tray? And you did the clutch on the door mod and checked the wiring?

Have you printed the error history from service mode? maybe flaking something else causing the jam.
