You can either replace the units and the warning will disappear, or you can update the firmware and turn the warning off in tech rep mode.
The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

You can also get a chip resetter and reset the chips in the IU.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

Your MFP does not have a problem..this is what it is designed to do...when the IU/dev units reach their lifespans, they stop...you have 3 choices..spend 300+ for a chip resetter that may or may not work, replace the affected IU's/Dev units, obtain the firmware and update to the version that allows the units to run past life span. If you are a trained tech, the firmware is available on the KM web site. If not, hire a ***ing tech and have him/her fix your issue...these MFPs are not designed for the end user to perform anything more that basic maintenance. You are not going to be able to just "reset" the counter and go along fat, dumb anf happy. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Like I said replace the dev units or get an engineer out to turn the dev life count off.
