    Error Code 0F55

    I have a error code 0F55 on a Konica Minolta C20 MFP, at first I thought it was a problem with the toner, which we took out and gave it a shake and worked for 2 weeks but the code has come back again and not going away.

    I would be grateful for some help on this matter - Thanks

      If you have definately shaken it enough it could be that the toner shutter of the toner port is faulty/out of postion or it could be that the pipe between the toner and the iu is blocked where the sensor looks
