[Error Code] c-c287on Bizhub 501

Hello,

i face error code on Bizhub 501, error C-C287, i'm trying to update firmware but do not succedd with USB drive.
When i install new CFCARD machine freeze, and do not boot up.

Any idea how to solve this problem?
