Ok this is an odd one for me and I must be missing a step. I have a BizHub 950 with a Post Inserter. When I insert a 8 1/2 x 11 (landscape) the machine thinks it's A4. I have registered the paper size in service mode as 8 1/2 x 11 (landscape) it even tells me to load it so. When I exit the machine still says A4. Ok so what am I missing here. I see no SW dips to set. Is there a hard wired switch that I missed?

Those post inserters have width calibration adjustments in service mode.
It will need to be done as per the service manual. -

Re: Post Inserter asking for A4 instead of ltrr
This doesn't seem to be the case with the 950. I've been back and forth through it. I know the calibration of the 1050 no issue there. However in service mode under finisher there is a register paper size for the PI. It asks for ltrr to be put in the upper and lower. I do both and still when I exit it thinks ltrr is A4. I reviewed all DIPSW to see if there was a missed switch as well. Any other ideas?Comment
