[Misc] Post Inserter asking for A4 instead of ltrr

Ok this is an odd one for me and I must be missing a step. I have a BizHub 950 with a Post Inserter. When I insert a 8 1/2 x 11 (landscape) the machine thinks it's A4. I have registered the paper size in service mode as 8 1/2 x 11 (landscape) it even tells me to load it so. When I exit the machine still says A4. Ok so what am I missing here. I see no SW dips to set. Is there a hard wired switch that I missed?

Those post inserters have width calibration adjustments in service mode.

It will need to be done as per the service manual.

This doesn't seem to be the case with the 950. I've been back and forth through it. I know the calibration of the 1050 no issue there. However in service mode under finisher there is a register paper size for the PI. It asks for ltrr to be put in the upper and lower. I do both and still when I exit it thinks ltrr is A4. I reviewed all DIPSW to see if there was a missed switch as well. Any other ideas?

I've seen something similar on a colour m/c and it turned out to be the serial number for the finisher had not been entered in service mode - worth checking
