Can't install BizHub 163 from network

I have a BW Minolta BizHub 163 installed via USB on an Xp computer and shared for network use. There are 3 Windows 7 Ultimate computer using it as a network printer and they worked fine. On another computer I have Windows 7 Home Premium, and tried to install this printer. The wizard find it on the network, but when click Next, it says it can't connect to the printer.
I installed a second copy af the same printer on that XP machine, but the problem is the same. Is a Windows 7 Home problem, an account problem, ????????

this is a MicroSoft problem not KM
