    bizhub 350

    this one is a nec it3640d copier which i beleive its the 350 bizhub. its asking for the imaging unit. what is the reset for the drum and the developer calibration. looking to rebuild. thanks t

    You can rebuild the drum unit if you want, but they only run 69 bucks or so new (konica dr-310). You need to replace the developer (konica dv-310) at the same time, or suffer the dreaded c2557 code.

      yeh i know the muratec version is the same way trips a 12 code. how the heck do you get into service mode to reset the drum and do the dv set up on this NEC and where is the total counter. i see a spot for the optional mechanical counter on the inner front right side but not there. i need to get in. its different than the bizhub way. thanks t

        Tech rep mode:
        Utility, access, ****, maint., svc. mode

        electronic counter is found under utility, admin management and so on like bizhub.
        mech counter is an option. Wonder if you look behind the panel knockout if there's a harness just begging for a meter?
