    [Jamming] Konica 7022, wont feed to any trays& to its manual feed tray. & Minolta Di183 Cof32

    Hi,
    I am very sorry about my queries as i am only a complete novice in repairing copiers, I have 2 machine that was giving me problems.
    - The first one is my Konica 7022, the problem for this one is not taking up papers from its trays, and also not feeding paper even if i am using the bypass tray. I observed that all the take up rollers are not turning during copy cycle, resulting in a misfeed copy.Even on the bypass tray, the take up roller is not turning.
    Please help.
    - the second problem is my Minolta Di183. the machine has a code of Cof32. Please help me again.
