    [Error Code] Bizhub C350 Error Code

    Hi guys!
    I have an error code of C-3CA0 that only comes as a C3CXX in the manual! Any further explanation of what this code relates to and how to fix it would be much appreciated.

          any chance somebody tried to copy money or any related document? most errors of this nature are related to the bru. you should call ssd hotline.

              Customer assures me no money has been copied, No we have not changed the pwb mc. I did call KM CSES they were uncertain but did suggest that HDD should be reformatted and customer details be re-installed or the main bourd be replaced. I now have the machine running again by unsetting HDD, clearing the error with error reset button, setting HDD back on! Machine then tested all OK! Big thanks to all inputs as combined it helped! Also if customer did try to copy money they will never do it again!
