bizhub finisher noise. fs 522

just opened out of the box a brand new finisher fs 522 that is fitted on a bizhub 421. it works fine. but when it makes copies and the copies come out onto the tray. it brings them back in for stapling. or alighning. but it makes a really loud constant noise. my other ones do not do this. it makes the noise only for a second and a half. don't know if it is the motor for the backwards motion. or what. has anyone else had this problem? don't trust it I guess to put it out to see if the noise will go a way..

ok. so I am officially dumb.. lol. the cover that hides all the wiring with the 2 holes in it. was rubbing.
thought about it and took it out. noise gone. I was dumb. now I am smarter.
how come you guy's didn't think of this? ha ha
