i have a konika minolta c352 and i have 300g paper and is not going
i ask if is possible to change somme thins in a config or upgrade firmwar to reconise thik4 like c451 or c353 the new one

please somme one can help

You mean "firmwar", firmware won't fix the problem, but "firmwar" will alow you to run a freshly de-nuded pine tree through the MFP. Emujo

The machines come with a user manual. I suggest you read it. If the specifications say you can run it then read how to set it up!
