c300 fax question
Hello, I am working on a C300. I have a client that has one phone line for her fax/answering machine. Is there a way to hook this up so she can accomplish this? I am used to having my clients with dedicated phone lines for the fax but this is a non-profit company and they do not wish to purchase a second line. I know that small (brother, etc.) fax machines have this option built in (called a TAD?) that listen to the line and determine if it is a fax, I'm wondering if this machine has this as well. If it can accomplish this, please let me know the steps involved. I've looked through all the manuals, both user and service and can't find anything helpful. I know that I can't be the only one with this problem. Thank you for your responses.
