Minolta bizhub 751 lower tray not regognizing paper

Has anyone had the bottom universal tray on a 751 not regognize paper and not rise. It just says add paper. I switched trays 3 and 4 to verify it wasnt a tray issue. Going back with firmware, but was wondering if anyone else has had this and could it be the PRCB board?

Did you check between the back of the tray and the machine for any paper caught there? The connector on the machine might be blocked.

Yes the connector is clear.

Did you checked the sensors from Service Mode, are they working properly?

Pull the elevator tray and quickly have a look at the harness that sits below the paper lift mech.

Is it damaged at all? Even just the slightest?
