    Bizhub 361 fuser message

    any ideas how to clear the fuser message for this machine please? Resetting all the counters did not help.

          They hide it, look for an Initialize button under System 1 or 2 I think

              System 1 -> Initialization -> Counter Data -> Drum / Fixing Counter
              Remember to check the cleaning web, usually it won't last too long after this message appeared and if you continue using the machine without changing the web, the print quality might suffer and you might damage the fusing roller.
