KM 6500 Error code after developer change c2414

    [Error Code] KM 6500 Error code after developer change c2414

    I am working on a KM c6500 and did the developer change for the black unit and followed the book exactly. When I do the "Toner Density Sensor Int." I get the error code 2414. I tried removing the developer and starting over, even used a new developer unit and keep getting the same results. Any ideas?

    Is the 2wire cable connected to the connector on the front of the developing unit?

      Yes, all wires are conected. I replaced the developer again, re-set the counter, and still the same 2414 code

        When I take it out of service mode it goes to error code c2424

          Did you follow the exact steps in the service manual, in that strict order? If yes, maybe the TCR sensor is faulty. Check the post below, it might help you:
