B C220/B 223 Scan to mail refference ID

On these machines when in User Authentication mode, by default, the scan mail is sent from the logged in
user's mail ID. Is it possible to set it to show the sender's mail as the machine's mail ID and not the
logged in user email ID?

Simply removing their email address from the user details will do but you loose the "Scan To Me" function. You could also set up Public User with the right to scan then no login would be required to scan, but scans would not be tracked. Most people do not track scans anyway.

That precisely is the problem, it displays xxxx@xxx.com as the mail from which scan mail is being sent.
Is there a way to make it display the machines' email ID as the sender ID instead of xxxx@xxx.com
