    C500 Toner recovery box

    Hi,

    My Bizhub Pro C500 displays this message: "Please set toner recovery box and close the door".
    But I don't have the door for the toner recovery box. What improvisation should I make to get rid of this message?

      Problem solved.
      I pulled a paper into the door closing sensor.

      Now it's telling me to add yellow toner.
      The Y toner is full, I changed 2 bottles but the message is still there.
      What can I do?

          Solved this problem too.
          The toner sensor was blocked. Cleaned up there and everything is allright.

                  After the problem with yellow toner, appeared SC45-20.
                  Gues what? I solved it too
                  Cleared the PS8 and PS9 sensors.

                  I will come back tomorrow if I will discover more problems.
