[Error Code] Bizhub C451

I have a C451 Konica Minota machine with a sc-102 code...can someone give me details of this code and possible remedy? Thanks

Tech mode tells you what the code means, but if you not a tech... I'd recommend calling one.

Double check your error code..there is no SC-102 listed in the service manual..failure codes should be something like:

C3208
J8114
p-7
L-4

If you could ask the customer to check the code! Maybe somebody could help...but the info you have given does not point to any listed codes.

BF...before you start complaining, at least get the correct code...I can assure you, no one can help with a code that doesn't make sense..and BTW he's correct, if you're not a tech, you probably won't be able to solve the issue..parts/firmware aren't free. Someone is trying to help you..if you start blasting everyone, the help will stop. Emujo

no comlpaints here. looks to me like you all are busting me and asking if i am a tech.. profile last time I looked said I was a tech for 15 years...just thought I could get a quick answer when I posted and bam fingers start getting pointed and blastin off at if I am a tech...SORRY for your time. Emujo chimed in when I said nothing to you about your response in fact I thanked you for an effort. Oh well Kick a man when hes down. I see how it is.

I forgot to add, (this should help some out there I'm sure) on some of the older machines, if the machine has an error code and you can't find the code listed when you go into tech mode then that means it's an accessory error (ie finisher, paper tray)

Just a little something to help anyone out there that might be reading this thread.
