Di450 paper left in stapler tray

my konica minolta Di450
on screen shows "copies left on stapler tray,please remove all the paper"
actualy there is no paper there

even i change the finisher its still the same.

have you any idea?

You need to replace the "C" board. Take off back cover and board is at left hand side in the corner.
