if they are not consumable related, I think you will have to buy it off dealer

Yeah man these are kinda rare parts not commonly ordered, I checked my parts books for the 360, 527 and 508 and can't find 20AL 4847 0 at all. You really might have trouble finding them outside of a dealer.

one is a flag, the other a jam clearing knob.
