bizhub 350 missing account tab

    bizhub 350 missing account tab

    i have a customer with a used bh350 and the account track tab does not exist in the admin1.
    any idea how to active it?

          Go to tech rep mode, then press stop & 9. Choose management function choice. Then choose Key Counter only, touch Unset. Try it.
