my bizhub 750 web supply solenoied is nt workind during copies ,i have check it manualy then from switchs its working can anybody tell me how to turn it on from switch setting

make sure the web counter hasn't exceeded 375k.

reset to zero, and restart the machine at the MAIN switch and try again, if you are an end user and not a technician this conversation ends now.

i am a technician ,web is new cant understand i dnt have the service manual ineed to know the switch setting i think so its off from the switches coz when i go to main programe and check the signal its working but during copies it wont

service mode>parts life >web life>>reset. Happen to me once...

Ditto, if the web has reached its life (life counter) it will not advance during copy cycle..Will work in test mode..sounds like you forgot to reset the counter. Emujo
