Bh600+FS-604

is it possible Bh600 to work properly with FS-604?
If it is, then how?

Yes!......Place the bh600. then place a bh920 and plug the finisher in to the 920!

I'll explain the situation - an customer with working Bh600+FS-604 configuration wanted to upgrade the firmware. I installed V.31 mass production, taken from Infohub. After installing the firmware and restarting the machine, FS-604 can not make connection to the machine.
Any suggestions?

Are you sure the firmware update didn't fail some step? Try reloading it, I've had to do it 3-4 times on some machines, why I don't know... Also make sure the firmware supports the finisher - Some software don't, for some unknown reason.

EDIT: Are you sure it's a FS-604? As the previous clever poster said, it's for the bizhub 920. FS-602 is the folding finisher for the 600, and FS-504/505 are the staple finishers.

Hello,
I've installed the firmware several times, but only first time appeared "fnisher" in ISW board selection menu. After the first installation of the firmware the finisher "disappeared". I know that this finisher is for Bh920, but also this finisher somehow worked with Bh600. The bad thing is that the finisher acts like it has no power.

My guess is that you had a fluke with it working to begin with and now that you've updated the firmware the machine doesn't recognize the finisher. Either downgrade to see if it works or get a proper finisher
