    bizhub 350 code 4721 need help

    I replace the print controller the mainboard many many boards and I'm still getting this cold 4721

    can this be some kind of factory connector issue our connection any help appreciated

              Did you swap the IC from the original A board over to the replacement A board? If not, that will cause that code specifically.
