hi dear's i have a problem in bizhub c350 when i print any doucment is good print but when i make same page copy not good like out of focus and light, i clean all glass and lens ,ccd but copy is not ok what is problem if any one have a idea plz give me a solution. i am not solved problem.

If you need 10 copies of something then make 10 prints. You ARE making a copy of a copy and can't expect it to be exact. But.... it shouldn't be too far off. If it's blurred that is a problem... hmmm....

Run your Gradation adjustments, odds are it is way off.

BLAZE2000 is right!! clean optical unit and writing led bars and perform "gradation adjust".
