display bizhub C352

Hi
I have a KM bizhub C352and I just changed the touch screen but now
I have a new problem with the display , it is not lit 100%
the display is very dark, lighting level is almost 5%, but the brightness or contast buttons are not at fault
Does anyone know what the problem is?

reseat the connectors on the display. Might want to check the corresponding connections on the circuit board as well.

I changed control panel with another control panel and the problem is as identical
the cable is ok no damaged ...

Then you will want to check your input voltages to make sure you are getting the right voltages coming into the display.

Check PJ5IPB pin 4 on the IPB for 24V. Also check PJ12IPB pin 24 for 24V. If the 24V is missing, replace the IPB PWB.
