Hi, everyone. I have KM bizhub c353, and error code C-DC00.
I updated the firmware and the error is still .
Does anybody know what could be a problem?

I think that code points to an unformated hard drive. Format the hard drive.

This code is usually related to the MFP PWB or PWB-M. Has the MFP, PWB-M or PWB-MC been changed? Could be bad MFP PWB or PWB-M. I personally have never replaced a PWB-M though. Also check the large connector on the right side of the machine that goes from the scanner to the copier. Ensure no bent pins and that it is making a solid connection. If this code just occurred all on its own with no board swaps, and you've checked the cable, I think you're looking at MFP PWB failure... however... I would try the hdd format for the heck of it!! If you have swapped any of those boards, be sure you swapped over any IC's that were on the old board to the new board.

This relates to both the C352 and C353 as you mentioned both models.
