On the lower and midrange segments, I very much prefer Ricoh over Konica Minolta. On the higher segments, I still didn't have the time to service a Ricoh machine in the field, so I can't really say.

Ricohs are pretty much on the same level is the minolta in my opinion. I think Minolta is nto real tech friendly in design but they run fairly well, and before they changed it, I loved mykonicaminolta.com.
