BIZ 250 + FK503 report issue

Hi all,
i've one bizhub 250 (bw) with FK503.
I cannot change the report settings in admin mode.
The button is present but when i try to click it the machine beeps 3 times and stop.
I'm trying to set to report every fax transmission, not only when TX fails.
The only way i find to set it is via software switch, and i followed this, but why i cannot set it on the admin settings?

Solved!!!!It is due to a firmware upgrade.I'm sharing this info in case of anyone need this.After upgrade to a Phase 2.0 firmware, the issue is due to the incorrect setting of bit 7 in softswitch 792.Put 0 instead of 1 and the user can choose if a report is needed or not.Luigi - digitalix.
