C253 enabling account track on a Macbook Pro

Anybody know if a specific driver is needed? Cust has already installed a Mac driver. I'm Mac illiterate. He's looking for account track to enable and provide password already in use on all their windows pc's. Found options to configure finisher, but can't see account trac. Print jobs appear as if they are printing, but never happen, just like in windows when account track isn't enabled in the driver.

Its been a while since I've done it and I don't remember where in the driver it was but it is in there. No special driver needed. Once you get it set then save it as a template as it won't hold the info from app too app.

If you have the newest version of mac (lion i think) then they are out of luck. If it is a previous version then what rrodgers said.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
