[Misc] C451/ C550 cyan imaging unit failures

Please can anyone assist regarding the cyan imaging units loosing developer and therefore the life span is very short. The supply of cyan imaging units from Japan had a number of bad batches or should we say factory faults in the past months but we have been told the issues was resolved and the recent supplies were all okay but we have a number of the models discussed here where the failure rate is high and the prints exiting the machines have blue (cyan) lines, especially on the edges of the paper.
Any advice or assistance would be appreciate regarding this matter please.

Not sure what your question is really. If you certain the IU's are bad then warranty them. There are companies that make aftermarket type IU's, if you order a set of those and the problem goes away then you know it is the IU. If you install the reman. types and the problem still happens, then you have another problem with the machine or the way the IU is being installed. Hope this helps.
