Hello. My dealership used to be a KM dealer. We no longer are and we've been cut off from the KM web site. Cant get parts manuals, service manuals or anything. However we need to still support the machines we have in the field. Im trying to find out exactly what a 41-10 error is. I know its something with the LSU but I think it may be a fan or something. If anyone could look up the code Id greatly appreciate it.

SC41-10 was indicated during a print job.
Solution
CAUSE: The M17 lock signal is not being detected after a speed change was made. This issue involves the rotation of the polygon motor so the connections
to this motor should be checked along with the polygon mirror drive board and printer control board.
SOLUTION: Replace drive board if needed.Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it? -
