bizhub C253 empty audit log

Hello all,


I have a C253 in a small office I work at and I need to monitor and log the copy/print usage of the machine. I installed the latest PageScope Data Administrator on my computer and set it up but when I want to use the log viewer I can only read the scan&fax logs, the audit log seems to be empty.

When I try to export the audit log through the PageScope Web Connection it gives me a text file with only the headers in it, no data lines at all.

The copier's manual only says that audit logging must be enabled to work but I am unable to find it in the machine's settings.

Just a thought.... but you may need the Log Management Utility available from the public KMBS user web support.
Konica Minolta Drivers & Support from Konica Minolta Business Solutions ... click on download drivers / firmware, select your machine and then click on utilities and view files.

The LMU is embedded into the Data Administrator as a plugin, so it is already installed... I downloaded it anyway as it was a slightly newer version, but it did not solve my problem
