we just received a used bh 361 that I could ping but wont print. Initialized network data in service mode and tried auto cofig. and machine will not set an IP address auto or manual, when I reboot the machine and check ip address just zero's all the way across. checked firmware and dont know what or if there is a firmware for the system controller to allow it to print. thanks
