[Jamming] Issue with stapling on Bizhub 751

We (techs) are experiencing a weird issue with trying to do multiple sets of multi-stapled documents. on every bizhub 751 we have it jams consistently when trying to do so usually after the first set is pushed out.single corner staple works fine. this does not seem to be an issue with the bizhub 601 which is an identical machine only slower. has anyone experienced this before and have any solutions? we have turned everywhere with no success.

What do you mean it jams? Is it stuck in the front staple unit? Did you remove all the packing materials? Have you cheated the front door of the finisher, pulled ou the stacker and did a load check on the staple units themselves...check to see if they move side to side freely, check to make sure the stapling head actually actuates and releases....A little bit more info can help us narrow it down. Is it the same tech setting up these machines? maybe he missed a packing material in all of them
The front one might've been tugged on and has slipped out of alignment...just need to do a staple jig adjustment...

depending on error/jam code there is a firmware update to the finisher that helps this.

If it uses the same stapler as the Bz 600, there is a lever that breaks that advances the staples. Konica replaces the whole unit for free.
