    C500 print out pinky

we have a bishub C500 with a blue fiery S300, recently found the print out from computer is redish (pink), especially multiple page print, the more we print at a time, the pinkier we got .But if we just print one page at a time with interval of 3 minutes, it comes out good . and if just make copy off the glass, no problem at all. have tried a PS test page from fiery, looks a llllittle bit redish at the fish picture part.
Will that be the Fiery's problem, any suggestions ? thanks!

Check the cyan developing unit (or even better check all colors)

Thanks, I had check the dev. units, magenta is still very new, not even 8k, other's are all under 100k. had tried swap magenta drum with yellow, didn't make different. I'm thinking if make copy off the glass doesn't have pinky problem, will that be cause by Fiery?

If the image printed has a pink tint, the problem is usually with the cyan unit (not magenta). If there's pink on the sides (where the paper should be white) then there's a problem with magenta.

It would be helpfull to upload a test page.

If you make more copies from the glass (not just one) the problem still appears?

How often do you calibrate, do you use a ES1000 spectrometer? Are you using profiles, and are you using the same media?

Do you perform auto gamma and printer gamma offset adjustment before you calibrate the controller?
