How to setting FTP Scan on Dialta Di 551 With PI6500e?

I have install Pi6500e on Dialta Di 551,i also instal upgrade kit for Pi 6500e.
i can print normally, but the scanner can't run with my following setting. i have setting for= DipSW 28-1 = 0, DipSW 28-4=1 (from the book,it is for open the scan function. and some settings like make one touch, setting from the fiery service and i have set it according to the Pi6500e Instalation manual). But the sccanner is still not work.can anyone help me?this is the link for the Pi6500e installation manual that i have followed.

Would you mind posting a copy of the configuration page please?

1. Menu (for the print controller)
2. Print Pages
3. Configuration Page

You will also need to make sure that you are running an FTP server and that the server has been setup correctly. I would suggest using the Internet Information Service (IIS) which is included with Windows. If you need help installing that, then let me know as I also have a document on how to install IIS and configure it correctly.
