C500 Light Yellow

I have a problem on my Bizhub Pro C500. Yellow is very light - so light that my X-Rite DTP32 cannot read it. I suspect the drum - it has a count of about 80.000- but I am not that happy to change it yet.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried changing the chargin unit?

Or maybe the developing unit has lost developer in time... is the developer count 80.000 as well?

I hava tried to change the charging unit with the one on Cyan, and there was no change. I also tried changing the drum with the one on cyan, and also nothing. You think maybe it is the developer? And yes, the developer has about 80.000 as well.

Yes, I think it might be the developer... also, pay attention to the counter of your developing units - if it's too high, you might poor in them new developer and the result will disappoint you.

You may want to change the yellow developing unit with another one, (old one) and then see if the color improves.

It would be great if you could upload a scan of an A4 or A3 100% Yellow..
