Subject:
Jamming consistently from Tray 1, Tray 2 and the bypass. Feeds properly from Tray 3 and Tray 4. Jam code may be either J1701 or J1001.
Description:
J1701 or J1001. Jams every time from Tray 1, Tray 2 and the bypass.
Solution:
CAUSE: Failed PRCB (Printer Control Unit).
SOLUTION: Replace the PRCB (p/n 57AA -902 1J).

Description:
J3101 codes.
Solution:
With paper stopping at the registration roller.
CAUSE: Worn shaft on Registration motor (M5).
SOLUTION: Replace M5 (p/n 27LA 8001 2E for bizhub 600/750 and p/n A0PN M102 00 for bizhub 601/751).

Solution:
CAUSE: Failed PRCB (Printer Control Unit).
SOLUTION: Replace the PRCB (p/n 57AA -902 1J).
The separation solenoid cracked away from the housing and was smashed into the back of the machine by the customer closing the ADU. when it activated next it shorted to ground blowing the ICP. DO NOT just replace the PRCB if the icp is blown with out at least visually checking everything else on the same ICP, or dollars will go down the toilet.Comment

I've had this, but jamming from ALL trays except bypass and large capacity tray option- the drum separation solenoid is on the same ICP as the vertical transport clutches.
The separation solenoid cracked away from the housing and was smashed into the back of the machine by the customer closing the ADU. when it activated next it shorted to ground blowing the ICP. DO NOT just replace the PRCB if the icp is blown with out at least visually checking everything else on the same ICP, or dollars will go down the toilet.
