got error code c3501 does that mean i have to change the Temperature sensor #1 every time i turn on unit even after it cool down still got error this is on a c5501

the thermistor needs to be cleaned or replaced. if you clean the thermistor you will need to reform it to touch the roller again for it to read the temperature..

is there so pose to be something inside it all i see is the temp inside there is a set screw in front of it did something come off
