bizhub 500 skewing adjustment

Hi i would like to ask about bizhub 500. I'm trying to solve a skewing problem on PC-402 of bizhub 500. I am now on the tech rep mode on printer resist loop. I would like to know where is the adjustment for PC-402? I only see is Tray 1, Tray 2, Option Tray, By-pass, ADU. Thank you very much.

Not sure on your question, but I'd say there is a good chance that the skewing is being caused by the door not latching properly on the PC-402. Check the latches.
