Is there any way to configure Bizhub C253 to scan to TIFF using group 4 compression? We have an application that reads in the TIFF s and analyzes them,but it only works with certain TIFF Compression formats specifically those that open natively in windows fax view application. Thanks for your help in advance

I think if you scan in black, you will get G4 compression. Seems I recall reading this. G4 not supported for color scanning to TIFF.
