    Trying to resetdrum counter after installation on Imagistics IM2520(ZF25)

    I referred to Konica Minolta DI2510 service manual and attempted reset but was blocked at one point. I pressed Utility, Meter Count, then stop 00 stop 01. Then instead of options to choose there was a blue box in which to enter number. I tried serial number and pressed enter but nothing. Any help is appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

      Try eight zeros.

              Entered the 8 zeros as suggested and was able to reset. Also had to leave right side door open during reset for it to take. Frank
