If so:

Code references developer drive motor malfunction. So, check motor and see below:

PROBLEM:
Drive motor failure during pre-drive, C00** error codes
CAUSE:
In most cases, the Main Relay (RY-1) or PU-1 has failed
SOLUTION:
With the pre-drive actuator removed and all doors closed, verify that the Main Relay has 24 volts at each of the four
red colored wires.
The two red wires on the right side of the Main Relay are the supply lines from PU-1. If the 24 volts supply is not
present, replace PU-1.
The two red wires on the left side of the Main Relay are the supply lines to the drive motors and clutches within the
copier. If there is a reading of 20 volts or less at one or both of these connectors, replace the Main Relay. Inspect
the Main Relay for signs of contamination from fuser oil. If this is the case, resolve the fuser oil leak before
replacing the Main Relay.
