    C500 Error code 29-07

I replaced this Toner Denst Sensor just a few days ago and the same sensor went out again and just previous to that I had another Error code 29-13 but I check out the cyan drum and put everything back it went away. But this Error code 29-07 really has me baffled why 2 sensors going out in such a short time? Anyone have any ideas?

How many clicks since last PM?

These codes may be indicative to stretching PM parts and developer.

Those codes are for different things, a 29-07 is relating to the gamma sensor (ps-11) and 29-13 is the drum potential sensor for cyan.

The gamma unit has a flat spring on the front side of the unit. That spring becomes weak and will cause the gamma unit to move away from the transfer belt. You can check this by pulling out the process unit and moving the gamma unit by hand. It should spring back toward the bypass side of the machine. I've seen this on several machines, especially after replacing senors. You can also get SC45 codes, because of it.

I agree also that stretching the pm supplies will eat your lunch.
